This month's Core Value of the Month is a review of all of our core values this the year. In September, we celebrated Respect; October emphasized Integrity; November highlighted Kindness. In December, we spotlighted Responsibility, encouraging daily discussions on how this value shapes our character and prepares us for the future. January brought attention to Self Control, followed by Positive Attitude in February, inspiring our community to spread joy and optimism. March focused on Determination, motivating everyone to persevere through challenges. Finally, in April, we emphasized Honesty, reinforcing the importance of truthfulness in building trust and integrity among us. Let’s continue to embody these values and make RMS a great place to learn and grow!
