Parents and guardians, we would like to make you aware that local law enforcement will be strictly enforcing school traffic. There are no left turns into RES during the hours of 7:15-8:00AM and 2:30-3:00PM. We thank you for your cooperation to help keep traffic flowing and everyone safe.

📚🎒 Welcome Back to the 2024-2025 School Year! 🎒📚 We hope everyone had a fantastic summer break and is excited to kick off a new academic year full of learning, growth, and fun! As we gear up for another year of success and achievements, we wanted to share the new school calendar with all of you. Please make sure to mark these important dates on your calendars! We can't wait to see all the bright and eager faces ready to embark on this new journey. Let’s make this school year the best one yet!

Good afternoon, Tomorrow, April 30th, 5th Grade students will receive their registration packets from Russellville Middle School. RMS will also hold a parent night for 5th grade registration on Thursday, May 2 at 3:30 and 6:30 in the RMS Cafeteria. The meetings should only last roughly twenty to thirty minutes to allow families that come to the 3:30 meeting to still make the first pitch of the baseball game. The meeting will be informational and geared toward answering questions about registration. This meeting is not mandatory, however, it is highly recommended that you and your student attend. Parents will be able to leave their registration forms with the RMS administration after the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting or need more time to discuss classes, forms will need to be returned to your student teacher at RES by Friday, May 3.

We will be having our Blue Ribbon School of Excellence celebration tomorrow, Friday, April 26. We would like all of our students to wear BLUE! We will be outside for part of the day so please be sure your child applies sunscreen before they come to school. Students may bring towels, hats, sunglasses, and water.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our Literacy & Math Family Night tonight! We will have food trucks from 5:00-7:00 and station rotations from 6:00-7:00.

Christmas parties are today! 3rd grade @ 12:00 and 4th & 5th grades are at 1:00. Please park in the back loop/parking lot unless you need handicap parking.

Our 5th graders will have their Christmas program at the RHS Auditorium tomorrow morning at 9:00a.m. We hope you can join us!

Russellville Elementary School will dismiss Friday, December 15th at 11:30 am for Christmas Break. RES students will return to school on Friday, January 5, 2024.

We will dismiss at 12:00 tomorrow, Friday, November 17. Please make sure your child knows how they are getting home tomorrow.
