My name is Marla Counts Kerby.  I teach General 8th grade Science and Pre-AP 8th grade Science at Russellville Middle School.   I graduated from the University of North Alabama with a B.S degree in General Biology.  I also completed my Master's Degree in Secondary Education at the University of North Alabama.  I have been teaching for 18 years and I have taught for 12 years at Russellville Middle School .  I am also the cheerleading coach at RMS.  

I am married to Steven Kerby and we have a daughter, Ellie, who is a senior at Russellville High School.
