Hello! My name is Carley Andrews, and this is my 7th year teaching English as a Second Language (ESL or EL) at Russellville Middle School! I went to Deshler High School where I graduated in 2009. I then went on to get by Bachelor's degree at the University of North Alabama in PreMed Biology and Professional Spanish. In college, I volunteered teaching English to adult Spanish speakers, and I fell in love with teaching. Because of that, I decided to pursue my Master's degree in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages!

I love learning new things and always want to instill this love for learning new things in my students. I enjoy doing any outdoor activities such as kayaking or hiking, and I also love traveling. I have studied abroad in Costa Rica and have also traveled to Guatemala.
