Currently serve as ASTA (Alabama Science Teachers Association) District 1 Director and virtual judge for the Toshiba NSTA Exploravision contest. Teacher at Russellville High School 22 years. University of North Alabama graduate with BSEd in Biology & Geology, Masters in Biology. Currently teach AP Biology & ACCESS online. Former adjunct professor at Northwest Shoals Community College, science club sponsor for 22 years, recycling coordinator, department chair 20 years. Anatomy & physiology & zoology teacher 18 years.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, yoga, reading, Rodan + Fields and watching Bama football. My superpower is rescuing and fostering animals!!
